Demetria Dyan McKinney is an American actress, singer and songwriter. From 2006 to 2012, she starred in Tyler Perry's sitcom House of Payne, a BET cover of the series announced for 2020. His other regular roles in the series include the sitcom The Rickey Smiley Show on TV One, the soap opera Saints & Sinners, and the horror TV series Syfy Superstition.
