Mark Anthony Aguirre is a former American basketball player with the National Basketball Association. Aguirre was selected as the first choice in the 1981 NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks after playing for three years at DePaul University. Aguirre played in the NBA from 1981 to 1994 and won two league titles with the Detroit Pistons after being relocated to Detroit from Dallas in exchange for Adrian Dantley. Aguirre has been three times the All-Star for Dallas.
