César Felipe Millán Favela is an American-Mexican dog trainer with over 25 years of experience with dogs. He is widely known for his Emmy-nominated Dog Whisperer television series with Cesar Millan, produced between 2004 and 2012 and broadcast in more than 80 countries around the world. Millan is the New York Times bestselling author and owns his own line of dog products and educational DVDs. Prior to The Dog Whisperer series, Millan focused on curing severely aggressive dogs and establishing a drug rehab complex, the Dog Psychological Center, in South Los Angeles.
