Actor Uche Maduguwa organises a solidarity protest to decry ASUU strike in Lekki
Controversial Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu prepared a solitary protest towards the ASUU strike in Lekki, Lagos.
The actor wore a purple brassiere and held a placard to protest the cease of the ASSU strike in a video shared on his social media platform.
He said that the ongoing strike has become aggravating, and he urges the federal government to stop it in order that the instructional device isn’t always harmed.
Recalling that on Wednesday, the National Industrial Court ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to call off its ongoing strike.
The ASUU strike started out on February 14 of this year and has lasted seven months.
In its selection, the Court noted Section 18 of the Trade Disputes Act and the country wide interest of Nigerian college students to supply the Federal Government’s request for an injunction towards the lecturers.
