Bodies of three young women found in Jhansi Dam

Jhansi, Oct 9 (IANS) Bodies of three ladies were fished out of a dam situated in the Mauranipur region in Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi, late on Saturday night, police said.

A senior police official said the bodies might have come from the lining Tikamgarh locale of Madhya Pradesh.

Endeavors are on to distinguish the people in question, he said.

Senior Administrator of Police Rajesh S. said that data regarding a body drifting in the Saprar dam was gotten from a water system division representative of Mauranipur.

He said the body was fished out and it had all the earmarks of being a lady matured around 25.

Inevitably, two additional bodies were spotted. The casualties seemed, by all accounts, to be matured somewhere in the range of 18 and 20, the SP said. No injury marks were apparent on the bodies, he said.

Almost certainly, they were cleared away from Tikamgarh region, the SSP said, adding that the bodies have been sent for posthumous assessment.
