Jason Horton is a former American football cornerback who was born on 6 May, 1973 in Hackensack, NJ. He attended the University of Michigan, where he was a three-year starter and a two-time All-Big Ten selection. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth round of the 1996 NFL Draft. Horton played for the 49ers from 1996 to 1998, the New York Jets from 1999 to 2000, and the New England Patriots from 2001 to 2002. He was a member of the Patriots' Super Bowl XXXVI championship team. Horton finished his career with 11 interceptions, three sacks, and two forced fumbles. He was named to the All-Madden Team in 2000. Horton is currently the defensive backs coach at the University of Michigan. He is married to his wife, Jennifer, and has two children.
